Hynix半導(dǎo)體公司更名為SK海力士公司，早在今年二月，移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商SK電信有限公司以3.34萬億韓元（約30億美元）收購海力士21％的股份。
根據(jù)Marketwatch的報(bào)告，新公司名稱已在3月23日的定期股東大會上正式確定。海力士網(wǎng)站也已經(jīng)重定向到www.skhynix.com并顯示“SK Hynix”的Logo。海力士相關(guān)人士說，更名除了宣布海力士是SK集團(tuán)一員，還表明將通過整合效應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提高競爭力。

Hynix name change reflects SK investment

LONDON – Memory chip manufacturer Hynix Semiconductor Inc. is changing its name to SK Hynix Inc. This comes after mobile network operator SK Telecom Co. Ltd. completed the acquisition of a 21 percent stake in Hynix for 3.34 trillion won (about $3 billion) in February.
Hynix shareholders approved the name change today (March 23) according to a Marketwatch report and the company's Hynix website already redirects to www.skhynix.com and shows the name SK Hynix in logo form.
